Warp mainstay and former XLR8Rpodcast contributor Clark is set to drop his first single of the year via his regular label outlet next month. The forthcoming “Superscope” b/w “Riff Through the Fog” single will be the first original work released by the the UK-based artist since his Iradelphic LP and Fantasm Planes EP dropped in 2012. Set to see a release on March 10, Clark explains that with the new single he wanted to create tracks “that had subtle depth and longevity but were simple and hooky enough to work on the dancefloor.” Fortunately, before “Superscope” b/w “Riff Through the Fog” sees its official release next month, a 30-second taste of what’s to come from the dynamic artist can be heard below.
