In preparation for the forthcoming Churches Schools and Guns LP by Italian techno producer Luca Mortellaro (a.k.a. Lucy, pictured above)—out on February 17 via his own Stroboscopic Artefacts label—the artist has commissioned four eclectic producers to remix album selections for an EP prelude. Simply titled Churches Schools and Guns Remixed, the record will feature experimental and chilly, minimal reworks of new Lucy cuts from fellow Italians Shapednoise and Donato Dozzy, Berlin techno producer Milton Bradley, and Irish tunesmith Eomac. Officially out on January 27, Lucy’s remix 12″ can be previewed below, where its tracklist can also be found.
