Yesterday, FADER dropped a summery mix of R&B, pop, and dancehall cuts from Dubbel Dutch (a.k.a. Marc Glasser). In the accompanying interview, which can be read here, he describes the selection that clocks in at a little over half an hour as “uplifting, innocent, and ethereal,” and also hints that a full-length is in the works. The DJ/producer, who contributed an exclusive mix to the XLR8R podcast series back in 2010, has issued releases for Brooklyn-based dancehall label Mixpak and DJ Haus’ Unknown to the Unknown, and this new recording opens with “Addicted,” the first track he produced for Jamaican dancehall artist Popcaan. The mix also features a slew of Dubbel Dutch remixes for Brandy, Mya, Ellie Goulding, and Gyptian, and is available to stream and download below, along with a full tracklist.
