EdOne Offers Up a Taste of his New EP on Definition:Music
The rising Spanish artist gives us a preview of his new release called Mental Disorder.
Eduardo Romero (a.k.a. EdOne), who currently sits among Spain’s most up-and-coming house exports, has released snippets of a new three-track EP titled Mental Disorder coming out next Monday on Definition:Music. With releases on Luca Bachetti’s Italian label Endlessand Steve Lawler’s UK powerhouse VIVa Music, EdOne’s quietly-appreciated releases have already made their rounds on the decks of international DJs all over the world. This new release features two original productions from Romero, and a high-octane closing remix from Teenage Mutants, who has a producer has risen in recent years to the upper echelon of the German deep house underground. The tracks display an acute awareness of space and dynamics, epitomized by the title track, which reaches its apex through a quiet interlude only to be subsumed by the pulse of a reintroduced kick.
