Following his anticipated Hardcourage LP, Brooklyn producer FaltyDL will be releasing his “She Sleeps” single on February 11 via Ninja Tune, with a couple of irresistable remixes from Gang Gang Dance and Ital on the flip. While the original track—backed by vocals from Friendly Fires’ Ed Macfarlane—already leans heavily on bittersweet nostalgia, GGD turns the dancefloor ready “She Sleeps” almost completely inwards, transforming it from daytime jam to bedtime burner while keeping the FaltyDL’s original grooviness. The band’s take on the new single also doesn’t skip out on its trademark weirdness, as it includes a spoken word section and instruments leaking out of every corner.
