Veteran producer Fred P. (a.k.a. Black Jazz Consortium) has shared details for a forthcoming EP under the guise of his techno alter-ego, Anomaly. The three tracks on Sun & Moon show the New York producer “using sound to transcend time and space,” further evolving the Anomaly alias first introduced with his Red Clouds EP. The upcoming 12″ packs squelchy FM basslines and a heavier percussive punch, but doesn’t entirely deviate from his signature sound, utilizing trademark gauzy pads and jazz-verging instrumentals in an homage to “techno soul.”

Sun & Moon is due out via Fred P.’s own Soul People label on July 15, and a tracklist has been included below.
