Dutch production veteran and man of many aliases, Gerd will drop a new two-track single as Literon via Clone‘s Basement Series next month. According to the label, both sides of the record will deliver “thumping and rattling 909s, piercing stabs, otherworldly vocal cries, and Funktion One-shattering sub-bass.” Furthermore, the upcoming 12″ appears to find Gerd returning to his Literon handle in order to shed the soul-infused vibes of his more common alias, taking the opportunity to let the machines run wild over two sturdy dancefloor workouts. Before “Knob Exploitation” b/w “Freak Funktion” officially sees a release on November 11, its two strong-armed efforts can be previewed via the player below.
