The transparent and electrifying lyricist Freddie Gibbs has revealed his take on Kanye West’s most recent single, “No More Parties in LA.” Taking the beat of the tune, which was produced by legendary producer Madlib, Gibbs reimagined the track as “Cocaine Parties in LA.” Gibbs is no stranger to rapping over The Beat Konducta’s firey productions; the pair released the critically acclaimed album Pinata back in March of 2014, which also featured artists such as Earl Sweatshirt and Action Bronson.
