Announced just yesterday, Kraftwerk – Retrospective 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 is a series of eight performances that will be held at the Museum of Modern Art by—you guessed it—German electronic music pioneers Kraftwerk. Each night of the series will feature the band performing one of its seminal albums, accompanied by 3-D visualizations of the music, in the Donald B. and Catherine C. Marron Atrium, starting with Autobahn on April 10 and ending with 2003’s Tour de France Soundtracks on April 17.
