Although the rain in Asheville, NC put a bit of a damper on last year’s Moogfest (you can read our review here), the lineup this time around bodes well for a successful event this fall. In addition to performances by un-XLR8R-y artists like Killer Mike, Santigold, and Explosions in the Sky, the festival will feature a hefty load of talent from the realm of electronic music. Among those scheduled to play Moogfest 2012 on October 26 and 27 are heavyweights like Richie Hawtin, Carl Craig (pictured above), Mouse on Mars, Squarepusher, Actress, and Prefuse 73, as well as fresh standouts like Blondes and Disclosure.
