Novation has released the latest update to its Circuit groovebox, sequencer, and performance instrument.

The new v1.7 update brings some much-requested user functions, including Pattern Chain Sequence, which allows complex sequences of patterns and pattern chains to be made (up to 32 patterns and 16 chains of patterns can be selected in any order); Tied/Drone Notes, which gives each step a tie-forward setting, making it possible to tie notes together in order to create drone notes and long ambient pads; and Synth Micro Nudge, which gives the user the ability to delay notes on a step from one to five ticks (each step is divided up into six ticks).
