Longstanding Los Angeles-based DJ/producer and Underground Resistance affiliate Santiago Salazar will launch a new label this week with a three-track EP from the man himself. Officially out tomorrow, the New Beginnings EP will kick off Salazar’s Major People label with two of his own original productions and a remix from Defend:R (an alias of Chicago producer Ricardo Miranda). Salazar’s SoundCloud promises “much more to come from Major People” with a split release between Nef Nunez and Esteban Adame and further work from Salazar already slated to appear on the label in the months to come. Before the New Beginnings EP drops tomorrow, the three-track effort can be previewed below.
