English heavyweight Tom Jenkinson (a.k.a. Squarepusher) has launched a contest inviting fans to remix “4001,” a standout cut from last year’s Ufabulum LP. The winner of the contest—who will be revealed on April 15 after being chosen by Jenkison himself—will receive a limited-edition, vinyl box set copy of Ufabulum as well as a pair of TMA-1 Studio headphones from AIAIAI. Submissions are due by March 30, and the full details of the contest can be found over at Bleep. News of the contest comes only a week after announcing the release of Enstrobia, an upcoming digital EP for Warp. In addition, Jenkinson has been keeping up an astounding momentum in the media world, having also just premiered a new podcast of old material which can be streamed over at FACT. The podcast, called Endless Flamethrower, is the second in a series by Squarepusher cataloging years of recurring themes and commonalities in his productions.
