Hum + Buzz label co-founder and Hyperdub affiliate Ikonika has delivered the third installment in the SeratoCast mix series, following submissions from Nick Catchdubs and DJ Jazzy Jeff. Appropriately branded as “Hard,” the hour-long recording is liberally laced with the London-based DJ/producer’s own tracks, alloying techno with more UK-indebted sounds. The mix also integrates selections from Night Slugs label heads L-Vis 1990 (appearing here under his Dance System alias) and Bok Bok, as well as leftfield techno producer Tuff Sherm and past XLR8R podcast contributor Champion.
