Since announcing that a new album for Ninja Tune was in the works in May, FaltyDL has built anticipation for the upcoming release with track streams, creative videos, and even some poetry. Now, just a week before his fourth full-length effort sees its official release, the 17-track In the Wild is streaming in full. The album arrives a year after FaltyDL’s Hardcourage LP, also for Ninja Tune, and—as the Brooklyn artist discussed in his recent 20 Questions session—may quite possibly be his least dance-oriented work to date. In the Wild is officially due out on August 12, and can be streamed in full now via the New York Times.
