After he announced his Shrubby EP earlier this month, Gerry Read has just unveiled a full stream of the forthcoming record’s title track ahead of its release next month. The bouncy, four-minute “Shrubby” finds Read staying true to his penchant for loose percussion and swinging grooves, topping off the tune’s dusty shuffle with flashes of buzzy chords and one of the UK producer’s most infectious basslines to date.
