Lady Starlight will debut on Lucy‘s Stroboscopic Artefacts with the Untitled EP.

The American DJ and performance artist is known to employ DJ tools, audio hardware, and her own body in live exhibitions and collaborations. Recently, she’s been performing as an opener for Lady Gaga’s massive “ArtRave” tour and also in live collaborations with artists like such as Surgeon, Regis and Truss. Her first record, Untitled, “delivers her passion for the essentials of techno,” says the label.

The label describes the release as “hard-hard-hitting and authoritative,” though “full of smoothly subtle transitions, and their overall heaviness and density actually helps the spirit and imagination to soar freely.”

Untitled is scheduled for May 19 release.
