First appearing on Token six years ago with a remix of Grovskopa’s “Sex & Violins,” Birmingham techno veteran Surgeon (a.k.a Anthony Child) is now set to release his first solo effort for the Belgian label at the end of the summer. According to Resident Advisor, the two-track Fixed Action Pattern EP will serve as a teaser for the label’s upcoming Aphelion compilation, which reportedly includes tracks from affiliates such as Rødhåd alongside some label newcomers, and is due out in November. No previews have been made available yet, but Fixed Action Pattern officially lands on August 25, and a tracklist and artwork have been included below.
