Recent XLR8Rpodcasters and modern disco band The Crystal Ark has announced plans for a North American tour, including dates in Mexico City and a string of shows across the United States. The group will play a set for Daytrotter and open for Hot Chip in NYC and Washington, D.C. before ending where they began, Mexico City. In addition to the tour, The Crystal Ark have announced plans to release a remix EP for “Rain,” a cut from its self-titled LP from last year. DFA will drop that single—along with remixes from Parisian duo Discodeine, Berlin’s Barker & Baumecker, The Carry Nation, and ZZK artists Frikstailers—sometime this spring.
