Theo Parrish has released a new two-tracker.

Gentrified Love Pt. 1 post-dates the already released second chapter in the Gentrified Love series, which the Motor City musician put out last month. The new EP is made up of two versions of the same track, “A Ghetto Proposal.” He calls upon vocalist Kitten Kuroi and trumpet player John Douglas (a member of Parrish’s The Rotating Assembly), as well as fellow Detroit resident Amp Fiddler for the instrumental version.

Gentrified Love Pt. 1 is out now at the Sound Signature store.
