Dormant since 2002, Archiv—the irregular reissue series helmed by Berlin label/club Tresor—has announced plans to repress two classic Juan Atkins productions for a 12″ single that will arrive in the coming months. While no exact release date has been settled, we do know the record will contain Atkins’ spacey “I Love You” from 2004 and “Techno City 95″—a version of Cybotron’s (of which Atkins was a member) classic “Techno City,” which Atkins revisited in 1995 under his Audiotech moniker—on the b-side.
