Ricardo Tobar‘s latest EP comes with an Ulrich Schnauss remix.

La Condamine is an EP of “melodic and cosmic electronic music adventures, and lands on MUSAR, a new experimental imprint out of Tel Aviv. The four-tracker channels the South American’s roots from classic ’80s darkwave analog sounds and the melodic, softer edges of early IDM.

On remix duties are Barcelona favorite Marc Piñol and sound architect Ulrich Schnauss. Schnauss’ remix reimagines “Rue Calme” as early ’90s lo-fi shoegaze electronica; Piñol’s remix is a dancefloor journey adorned with bright vocals and rich atmospherics.
