Designer clothing boutique and event promoters The Well LA have announced this years first edition of Wavey, their annual summer pool party series. Their first event will take place on July 4, and will feature headlining performances from L.A. dance music legend Egyptian Lover, as well as Stones Throw boss Peanut Butter Wolf alongside label mate and Beat Junkies co-founder J. Rocc. Rounding off the lineup is LA local Cocodisco, SF’s own Navid Izadi, The Interns, and a DJ set by Esqape.

After a wildly popular residency at Hotel Figueroa in 2015, Wavey will now relocate to The Mondrian Hotel’s lively Skybar, which will set the stage for another season of poolside dancing in scenic LA locales. The kick-off party taking place on Independence Day will be the first in a string of Wavey parties over the summer at The Mondrian, with The Well adding their stylistic and curatorial touch to every detail of the events.
