Yet this shadowy figure’s tunes, often powered by bouncing beats, chopped vocal snippets, and dirty piano melodies while sounding something like the bastard child of Todd Edwards and the early days of MTV’s The Grind, continue to light up DJ sets on both sides of the pond, which is why we lured the elusive producer out of his rave cave to assemble this exclusive mix for the XLR8R podcast series.
