Brighton’s spaced-out production outfit Regal Safari will soon unleash its second EP, aptly titled II, but shares one of its tracks today. “Believe” operates on a gluttonous diet of reverb, which saturates virtually every sound, save for the soft kicks and clicks of the song’s quiet beat. However, Regal Safari’s percussion is mostly buried by the layers of synths of yawning chasms of drawn-out syllables, which tend to gravitate toward the front of the mix.
