Montreal-born, now London-based producer and vocalist Zach Joss (a.k.a. Forrest) is set to land on Ralph Lawson’s 2020Vision label late next month with the Manhattan EP. Joining Joss’ breathy house production of the same title on the upcoming record will be additional remixes from Christian Nielsen, and the rework featured here from budding UK talent VAM. A more bubbly, melody-strewn affair in its original form, VAM infuses “Manhattan” with plenty of warehouse-ready vibes, as the full-bodied remix focuses on reverberant rhythmic thrusts and dark synthetic textures across its six-minute run. Set to land as part of Forrest’s larger Manhattan EP package (artwork above) on March 30, VAM’s rework can be grabbed below.
