“Moneyes” is a particularly bright cut from Asteroid, a new collaborative EP from Dutch producers Jailo and Kappa Kavi. Here, the pair does not remain in any one section of its production for too long, piecing together an ever-morphing series of build-ups and breakdowns throughout the course of the track’s four-plus-minute run. Holding it all together is a sticky set of bell melodies and repitched vocal treatments, which give the fast-paced tune some familiar sonic markers as “Moneyes” rushes along. Jailo’s and Kappa Kavi’s Asteroid EP is out now via Saturate, with its additional handful of original tracks and remixes from the likes of G Jones and Koloah available to grab as a naem-your-price download.
