It’s been sometime since we last caught a new track from Brighton-based DJ/producer Ambassadeurs, who seems to have used the time away from the studio to tour around Europe. The silence ends with “My World,” a soulful jam driven by fuzzy, sweeping keys, a variety of 808 drums and percussion, and hypnotic vocal chops. Ambassadeurs’ track leans on a few different genres—from trap to footwork—yet settles on none, instead teasing a variety of impulses that transition effortlessly into each other.
