Norwegian ambient-techno maven Biosphere has turned in a rare and unsurprisingly spacious rework of Andy Cato‘s “Sundown Sant Agnes.” The original track comes from Times and Places (artwork above), the forthcoming solo record from Cato—who also makes up half of the long-standing Groove Armada outfit—which gathers lost and forgotten tracks from the producer’s prolific career. While it’s hard to tell exactly what the original version of “Sundown Sant Agnes” might sound like, there’s no denying that Biosphere’s icy touch is a welcome addition to any tune. Times and Places will see an official release on May 14 via R&S sub-label Apollo.
