New York’s South Fork Sound label is set to issue its first vinyl release next week in the form of the The Drip/ Stay Reminded 7″ from North Carolina-based producer kuxxan SUUM (and featuring the talents of one MC Doodoo). Serving as a digital bonus to the upcoming effort will be this remix from Leeds beatmaker Sclist, who reshapes the record’s lead track into a largely vocal-less affair, one which retains the dub-wise sonics of the original “The Drip” while infusing it with extra doses of sub-bass and a more brooding atmosphere. Officially out on November 17, the rest of South Fork Sound’s upcoming vinyl release can be previewed after the jump.
