Berlin’s Else will start the summer 2019 season with a party on April 28.

Headlining the event is Dekmantel Soundsystem, the collaborative project of Thomas Martojo and Casper Tielrooij, hailing from the Netherlands and known for their seductive surprises and groovy gems. Martojo and Tielrooij are joined by compatriot Olf van Elden (a.k.a. Interstellar Funk), a De School resident whose selections stand out for their timeless melodies and left-field eccentricities. Expect new wave, electro, techno, jack-tracks, heavy electronics, and just about everything in between.

Also set to perform are Australian producer DJ Boring, a long-time friend of the club who’s sure to deliver another killer house set; Marlon Hoffstadt, a regular host at Salon zur Wilden Renate; and Stockholm’s DJ Clea, a rising name in contemporary house and techno, and now boasting an appearance on DJ Haus’ UTTU / Hot Haus Recs. Rounding out the bill are resident DJs Peak & Swift and Sebastian Voigt.

Else is the open-air location of Salon zur Wilden Renate and gets its name from its location near Elsenbrücke, where Kreuzberg, Treptow, Friedrichshain, and the Rummelsburg Bay of Alt-Stralau meet.
