With two EPs already on Will Saul’s Aus label—namely, 2012’s You/Don’t 12″ and the Stash EP—London-based duo Bicep has revealed the details of another record for the label, a forthcoming two-track 12″ set to drop late next month. “Circles” b/w “NRG106” is said to boast “two steady analog techno grooves” which aim to please DJs “looking for modern dance tracks that are still faithful to the classics.” Featuring a “cyclical main melody,” “Circles” appears set to be the record’s most appropriately titled cut, while b-side “NRG106” offers “dramatic chords and breathy vocals” alongside a procession of “machine percussion.” Bicep’s third effort for Aus will officially land on May 30. In the meantime, its artwork and tracklist are included below.
