With this week’s announcment that FaltyDL would launch his own Blueberry imprint with an EP from Brrd this September, the Brooklyn producer has put together a new mix, offering it as a free download. Said to have been made in a single afternoon during NYC’s recent sweltering heat wave, the appropriately titled It’s Hot Outside mix not only serves as a means to showcase FaltyDL’s talents as a selector, but also distract listeners from the intense summer heat—for 50 minutes at least.
