A week ahead of the release of Kindred, Max Cooper‘s latest solo effort, an advance stream of EP cut “Voyage Through the Analogue Womb” has been shared via XLR8R. Set for release on London’s Fields label, the EP is said to find Cooper operating at his “most cinematic” and “heaviest” yet across two original tracks, which were reportedly designed as centerpieces for a new audio/visual show called Emergence. Clocking in at over 10 minutes, “Voyage Through the Analogue Womb” fits the bill as “a dancefloor wigout of huge analog synths” that nods to the influence of ’90s electro. The track can be heard in its entirety below (along with a couple new US tour dates) before Kindred—complete with remixes from Throwing Snow and Innervisions affiliate David August—drops on December 1.
