Yesterday, No. 19 released Art Department‘s Kisses For Roses Remixes EP, featuring reworks from The Martinez Brothers and E-Funk masterminds Soul Clap.

With Art Department now the solo project of No.19 label head Johnny White, this remix EP represents the first step in the new chapter. Opening proceedings is the slamming, energetic house rework from The Martinez Brothers, who inject their infectious energy into the original. Next up is the two brilliant remixes from Soul Clap, the first being a loose and swinging mid-tempo soul jam, and the second, a dub-tinged deep burner with seductive pads and swirling synths.
