Strategy (the longtime production alias of Paul Dickow) will return to Bristol imprint Idle Hands later this month with Seeds of Paradise. The album arrives as his ninth full-length effort in 10-plus years, following from his Boxology cassette (which dropped earlier this year via 100% Silk) and 12″s for Idle Hands, Peak Oil, experimental outpost Kranky, and his own Community Library label, among others. This latest outing reportedly finds the Portland-based producer “boldly firing experimental electronica and dub back into outer space,” establishing a space somewhere between roots and sci-fi. Seeds of Paradise is due to arrive on October 27, but until then, Dickow’s eight-track LP has been made available to stream in full below.
