This Saturday, March 12, XLR8R and The Other Side—a new initiative created by Maher Daniel and Amir Javasoul, otherwise known as Creatures of Habit—will host a showcase in Saint Martin featuring Romanian maestro Priku, Visionquests’ Shaun Reeves, Maher Daniel, and Ostrich.

Created as a multi-platform initiative encompassing all things Electronic music—particularly in the realms of house, techno and minimal—The Other Side will showcase forward-thinking events, release music through its record label arm, and aim to “educate people of different cultures, mostly war torn and conflict based regions such as the Middle East (Palestine & Israel), to work towards peace through music and education.”

The showcase will run during SXMusic Festival, a five-day soiree taking place in the idyllic Caribbean paradise that is Saint Martin—with a lineup boasting Psychemagik, Thugfucker, Audiofly, M.A.N.D.Y., Lee Burridge and many more.
