The third edition of XLR8R+ features exclusive and previously unreleased tracks by Roman Flügel, Wata Igarashi, and Einzelkind, plus an artwork by Halo Varga.

We’re delighted to welcome Roman Flügel for this month’s edition. The legendary German producer delivers a gorgeous summer track, complemented by some brooding, hypnotic techno from Japan’s Wata Igarashi. Flügel is also joined by a fellow Frankfurt-born artist Einzelkind, who closes the package with a delightfully groovy minimal roller. The artwork this time around comes from Halo Varga—inspired by vintage magazine ads from the 1960s—with additional mastering once again provided by Kamran Sadeghi and Lopazz.

Like the first two editions, XLR8R+003 is available to download as a package, featuring the three tracks in both WAV and MP3 formats, a dedicated zine, and wallpaper artwork for both desktop and phone.

XLR8R+ is a monthly subscription service to complement the main XLR8R site. Each month we share three unreleased tracks from three different artists—both known legends and lesser-known pioneers—that we feel are pushing the scene forward in inspiring ways. These tracks will be available for download in high-quality wav format, as well as streaming via the Bandcamp app.

The subscription fee will be $5 a month and is hosted on Bandcamp. Membership will also grant access to exclusive member area on the XLR8R site, as well as other goodies along the way such as free event and festival passes, discounts, sample packs, and content. By subscribing, you will support the artists and XLR8R, allowing us to continue what we’ve been doing for 25 years: finding, curating, and serving the best electronic music out there, without paid influence. More information can be found here.

We thank you for joining our independent movement.

Enjoy the music.
