Steffi has revealed details for her second full-length, which will see release via Berlin outpost Ostgut Ton this fall. The Dutch producer (full name Steffi Doms) is a longstanding resident at Berlin’s Panorama Bar, responsible for procuring last year’s Panorama Bar 05 mix, as well as a recent collaborative EP with Martyn as Doms & Dykers.

As Resident Advisor reports, her forthcoming The Power of Anonymity takes a more dancefloor-directed approach than her last, more “conceptual” full-length for the label. “I wanted to start working on my new album without any personal or external expectations and I was seeking an emancipated, unshackled approach in the album’s construction,” Doms is quoted as saying. “After almost 20 years I got the feeling that I’ve come full circle, so I wanted to make an album that I, as a DJ, would like to carry in my record bag.”

The Power of Anonymity spans the length of 10 tracks and features one collaboration, “Treasure Seeking,” for which Steffi reunites with Dexter and frequent collaborator Virginia on vocals. The LP arrives on November 10 as a CD and double vinyl release; tracklists for both formats can be found below. For those in Berlin, a record release party will be held at Berghain/Panorama Bar on November 8.

Berlin-based techno producer Objekt has revealed plans to issue his debut LP via PAN next month. Over the past few years, the artist born TJ Hertz has built up an impressive discography of 12″s, first appearing on his eponymous white label series before touching down on Hessle Audio with the excellent “Cactus” b/w “Porcupine” single and, more recently, appearing on a split 12″ for Leisure System alongside Dopplereffekt. Entitled Flatland, Objekt’s debut LP is said to find the artist presenting “an effervescent body of work, its sound design evoking vivid imagery and conveying the same unmistakeable sense of detail and movement for which Objekt has become known.” Furthermore, the producer is said to stretch out into the LP format, making “full use of the larger canvas to explore a framework of competing truths, multiple perspectives, and conflicting accounts.” Set to land on October 20, the artwork and tracklist for Objekt’s forthcoming debut LP can be found below.

Following in the vein of its videos for “Tangents” and “Dervish” (two singles from its upcoming Whorl LP) UK pair Simian Mobile Disco has shared a hypnotically colorful video for “Jam Side Up,” another cut from the pair’s forthcoming album for Anti-. An expectedly synth-led venture, the restless analog lines of “Jam Side Up” are accompanied by washes of heavily manipulated colors and bouncing lights, which evolve and blend together over the course of the five-plus-minute clip.

Before Brooklyn producer Ital drops Endgame—his third full-length LP—via Planet Mu next week, the record is now streaming in full. Recorded with a “select arsenal of hardware” and mixed with the assistance of Los Angeles synth maestro M Geddes Gengras (who recently issued an LP via Leaving), Endgame finds Ital delivering 10 tracks which further explore his evolving brand of deeply textured, fluid techno.

Julio Bashmore has shared a full stream of “Simple Love,” the first track to be surface from the Bristol producer’s forthcoming debut LP. Featuring the vocals of one J’Danna, “Simple Love” is a characteristically soulful affiair, one which finds Bashmore weaving thick, dusty chords in amongst a series of ’80s-indebted drum patterns and layers of precisely tuned sub-bass.

Said to serve as the first single from the ascendant producer/DJ’s as-yet-untitled debut LP (which is expected to drop in February of 2015 via Bashmore’s own Braodwalk label), “Simple Love” can be streamed in full below.
